Pascalization - An innovative way of making juice! By HPP (high pressure processing) it's possible to make juices, that taste better, contain more nutrients and still are non-perishable for at least one month. With the Evotainer we offer an hpp-juice-press that can fit into a ship container. Finally there's a possibility to process ripe fruits directly at the site of cultivation - with no need to harvest immature fruits for shipping offshore via container ships. Also the local farmers can profit from the added value of selling the juice instead of the fruits.
